Shipping

We will ship your order via USPS, Fedex and/or UPS. Once the order is placed, our warehouse department will choose the shipping company, based on the product and zip code.

An email confirmation will be sent out as soon as your tracking number is available.

Standard shipping (Free on orders over $100) takes 5-8 business days to up to 14 business days depending on the location. Priority Shipping takes 2-5 Business days Shipping fee is calculated at the check out

Cancellation Policy

After submitting your order we are limited to a couple of minutes to cancel your order. Our system is designed to expedite all orders directly with our warehouse for a fast pick up and shipping.

You can contact us via email to request the cancelation, based on the order handling process we might not be able to cancel your order. If it is possible, there might be a cancelation fee as follows:

* $3 Order slip that has been printed by our warehouse.

* $5 Orders that have been picked up by our warehouse.

* $10 Orders that have been sent to the shipping station.

If your order successfully canceled, we will inform you via email, and a refund confirmation will be placed immediately to your payment method.

We bought this before going on a trip and let me tell you - best purchase ever! This backpack held up incredibly well with it fully packed and carried multiple times a day. It is so convenient and for the price, Iâ€™d by 10 before spending the money necessary on â€œbig nameâ€ brands!

We've only used this bag for a couple nights so far, but it held up well. A couple of long-hour car trips and there was no leaking. The bag wasn't even wet on the outside. It kept ice overnight. Definitely would recommend!

I love this cooler. It has tons of storage. It is perfect to put a layer of drinks in the bottom with a layer of snacks on top. We take this everywhere from the ball field, on road trips, and hiking. It has held up well. No rips, tears, or complaints.

Great bag! Holds a lot. We used it for beverages and snacks while attending our sonâ€™s football games! The items stay cold for a while and even when left over night the ice melts but still cold. I like all of the different compartments as well! Would buy again.
